    The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including name, contact details, delivery address, measurements, customization instructions, and payment details.<\/p>\n

    The customer is also responsible for reviewing order confirmations, responding to communication in a timely manner, and following garment care instructions.<\/p>\n

    Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information may affect production and delivery timelines.<\/p>\n

    22. Gift Purchases<\/h2>\n

    Luxury caftans purchased as gifts are subject to the same sale policy. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring correct sizing, delivery information, and personalization details.<\/p>\n

    Personalized gift items, including caftans with names, initials, symbols, custom embroidery, or special embellishments, are generally final sale.<\/p>\n
