Asmae Corp. offers a Caftan on Demand service for clients who wish to order a luxury caftan created according to their preferred design, measurements, fabric, color, embroidery, embellishments, occasion, or personal style.<\/p>\n

This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to all Caftan on Demand requests, including consultations, quotations, deposits, design approval, production, fittings, changes, delivery, cancellations, returns, and client responsibilities.<\/p>\n

By placing a Caftan on Demand order with Asmae Corp., the client acknowledges and accepts the conditions stated in this policy.<\/p>\n

2. Definition of Caftan on Demand<\/h2>\n

A Caftan on Demand is a caftan produced after a client places a specific request with Asmae Corp. Unlike ready-to-wear caftans, Caftans on Demand are not standard inventory items. They are created or modified according to the client\u2019s selected options.<\/p>\n

    Limited-edition caftans<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Luxury embellished caftans<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Caftans with special fabrics, colors, embroidery, or accessories<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Caftans with crystals, pearls, gemstones, metallic thread, or diamond-inspired details<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Scope of the Service<\/h2>\n

      4. Order Request and Acceptance<\/h2>\n

      Submitting a Caftan on Demand request does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order. Asmae Corp. reserves the right to accept, decline, or modify a request based on feasibility, material availability, production capacity, delivery deadlines, design complexity, budget, or brand standards.<\/p>\n

        Consultations may take place in person, by phone, by video call, by email, or through an official Asmae Corp. communication channel.<\/p>\n

          Asmae Corp. reserves the right to adapt design ideas in a way that respects originality, craftsmanship, brand identity, and intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n

          7. Quotation<\/h2>\n

          After reviewing the client\u2019s request, Asmae Corp. may provide a written quotation. The quotation may include:<\/p>\n

            The price of a Caftan on Demand depends on the complexity of the design and the materials selected. Luxury fabrics, hand embroidery, pearls, crystals, gemstones, metallic threads, rare textiles, couture techniques, and high-value details may significantly increase the final price.<\/p>\n

            Caftans involving diamonds, precious stones, rare embellishments, or exceptional craftsmanship may require a special quotation, additional verification, separate insurance arrangements, and enhanced security procedures.<\/p>\n

            Asmae Corp. reserves the right to revise the price if the client requests changes after the original quotation has been approved.<\/p>\n

            9. Deposit and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

            A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm a Caftan on Demand order. The deposit secures production time, design work, material sourcing, and artisan labor.<\/p>\n

            The required deposit amount may vary depending on the value and complexity of the caftan. For high-value or couture orders, Asmae Corp. may require a larger deposit or full payment before production begins.<\/p>\n

            The remaining balance must be paid before delivery, shipment, collection, or final release of the caftan.<\/p>\n

              Depending on the complexity of the caftan, one or more fittings may be required. Fittings help ensure proper length, proportion, sleeve placement, neckline balance, and overall comfort.<\/p>\n

              Fittings may be conducted in person or virtually, depending on location and garment type.<\/p>\n

              If the client misses a scheduled fitting or delays providing required feedback, production and delivery may be delayed. Additional fitting or alteration fees may apply if changes are requested after the approved fitting stage.<\/p>\n

              13. Design Approval<\/h2>\n

              Before production begins, Asmae Corp. may provide an order summary, sketch, fabric sample, embroidery sample, digital mockup, or written design description for client approval.<\/p>\n

                  Production timelines vary depending on the caftan\u2019s complexity, fabric availability, embroidery work, embellishment level, fitting schedule, and artisan capacity.<\/p>\n

                  Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only. They are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n

                    Rush orders may be accepted at the discretion of Asmae Corp. A rush order is any Caftan on Demand request requiring completion faster than the standard production timeline.<\/p>\n

                    Rush orders may be subject to additional fees and may have limited design, fabric, embroidery, and fitting options.<\/p>\n

                    Asmae Corp. reserves the right to refuse rush orders if the requested deadline may compromise quality, craftsmanship, or delivery reliability.<\/p>\n

                    17. Fabric and Material Availability<\/h2>\n

                    Luxury fabrics, rare textiles, custom colors, embroidery threads, crystals, pearls, gemstones, and trims are subject to availability.<\/p>\n

                    If a selected material becomes unavailable, Asmae Corp. may offer a suitable alternative. The client may be required to approve the replacement before production continues.<\/p>\n

                    Slight variations in fabric texture, color tone, embroidery, bead placement, and hand-finishing are normal in luxury and artisanal garments. These variations are not considered defects.<\/p>\n

                    18. Client-Supplied Materials<\/h2>\n

                    Asmae Corp. may, at its discretion, allow the client to provide fabric, gemstones, trims, or other materials. Client-supplied materials must be reviewed and approved before use.<\/p>\n

                    Asmae Corp. is not responsible for defects, shortages, color inconsistencies, weakness, damage, or quality issues related to client-supplied materials.<\/p>\n

                    If client-supplied materials are unsuitable for the requested design, Asmae Corp. may refuse to use them.<\/p>\n

                    19. Embroidery, Gemstones, and Luxury Embellishments<\/h2>\n

                    Caftans on Demand may include hand embroidery, crystal work, pearls, sequins, metallic threads, gemstones, diamond-inspired details, or other luxury embellishments.<\/p>\n

                    These details require time, skill, and delicate handling. Slight differences in hand embroidery, bead placement, or stone positioning may occur and are part of the handcrafted nature of the garment.<\/p>\n

                    For high-value embellishments, Asmae Corp. may require special handling, insured shipping, secure storage, and separate written terms.<\/p>\n

                    20. Personalization<\/h2>\n

                    Personalization may include initials, names, monograms, family symbols, special colors, birthstones, meaningful motifs, or exclusive luxury accessories.<\/p>\n

                    The client is responsible for checking spelling, initials, dates, symbols, and personalization instructions before approval.<\/p>\n

                    Asmae Corp. is not responsible for errors approved by the client in writing.<\/p>\n

                    Personalized caftans are final sale unless there is a confirmed production defect or an error made by Asmae Corp.<\/p>\n

                    21. Cultural and Artistic Integrity<\/h2>\n

                    Asmae Corp. respects the cultural significance of the caftan. The company may decline requests that misuse sacred symbols, protected cultural elements, offensive imagery, or designs that conflict with the company\u2019s values.<\/p>\n

                    Asmae Corp. may also refuse to copy another designer\u2019s work or reproduce designs that may violate intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n

                    22. Quality Control<\/h2>\n

                    Before delivery, each Caftan on Demand is reviewed for quality, finishing, measurements, embellishment placement, and overall presentation.<\/p>\n

                        Shipping fees, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.<\/p>\n

                        International clients are responsible for understanding their country\u2019s import rules before placing an order.<\/p>\n

                        For luxury, couture, gemstone, or high-value caftans, insured shipping may be required. Asmae Corp. may refuse uninsured shipment for certain high-value items.<\/p>\n

                        25. Final Sale Policy<\/h2>\n

                        Because Caftans on Demand are created specifically for the client, they are generally final sale.<\/p>\n

                          Asmae Corp. will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but production estimates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n

                          The client should place Caftan on Demand orders well in advance of weddings, ceremonies, galas, religious celebrations, or formal events.<\/p>\n

                          Asmae Corp. is not responsible for missed event dates caused by delayed client responses, late payment, inaccurate measurements, missed fittings, shipping delays, customs delays, or force majeure events.<\/p>\n

                          28. Repairs and Adjustments After Delivery<\/h2>\n

                          Minor adjustments may be available after delivery, depending on the garment and the nature of the requested change.<\/p>\n

                              All original designs, sketches, patterns, embroidery concepts, product names, images, branding, and creative materials developed by Asmae Corp. remain the intellectual property of Asmae Corp., unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

                              The client may not reproduce, copy, resell, commercially use, or authorize duplication of Asmae Corp. designs without written permission.<\/p>\n

                              Ordering a Caftan on Demand does not transfer intellectual property rights to the client.<\/p>\n

                              31. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n

                              For private clients, bridal clients, public figures, or high-value couture commissions, Asmae Corp. may treat design details, measurements, pricing, and order information as confidential.<\/p>\n

                              Asmae Corp. may request permission before using images of a custom caftan for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes.<\/p>\n

                              The client may also request confidentiality for private or exclusive designs.<\/p>\n

                              32. Photography and Marketing<\/h2>\n

                              Asmae Corp. may photograph completed caftans for internal records, quality control, portfolio, or promotional purposes.<\/p>\n

                              Client identity, personal details, and private event information will not be disclosed without consent.<\/p>\n

                              For exclusive designs, Asmae Corp. may agree not to publicly display the garment for a defined period, subject to written agreement.<\/p>\n

                              33. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

                              To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asmae Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the design, production, delivery, use, alteration, cleaning, or maintenance of a Caftan on Demand.<\/p>\n

                              Where liability applies, Asmae Corp.\u2019s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific caftan concerned.<\/p>\n

                              Asmae Corp. is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, supplier shortages, shipping delays, customs delays, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.<\/p>\n

                              In such circumstances, Asmae Corp. will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and complete the order as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

                              35. Governing Law<\/h2>\n
